Creative Operations Intern Remilia Corporation — Orange County

Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul. We produce fashion, conceptual marketing campaigns, activations, events and cultural projects—often across all of them at once. We collaborate with underground artists, experimental musicians in both US and Asia frequently.

We're looking for an operations intern to help keep creative projects organized and moving—across both physical and digital production. You'll support shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects from planning through delivery—tracking timelines, coordinating workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You:

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, or 0–2 years in production, operations, or project coordination

• Highly organized; you track details and follow through without being reminded

• Clear communicator; can coordinate across teams, collaborators, and vendors

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, schedules, and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets)

• Familiar with creative work
