Call Centre Agent

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Call Centre Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own inbound and outbound calls for a UK business.

Role overview

You will handle inbound and outbound calls for a UK business, giving callers a clear, helpful and professional experience. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and resolve queries
• Make outbound follow-up calls where needed
• Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Follow scripts and compliance requirements
• Meet quality and call-handling targets

What you'll need

• Experience in a call centre or phone-based role
• Clear spoken English with a professional manner
• Experience using a CRM or dialler system
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience with Five9, Aircall or similar
• Experience in sales or collections calls
• Previous work with UK customers
