Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a steady flow of qualified leads.

Role overview

You will build the pipeline. You will research target accounts, find decision-makers and run outreach that turns cold contacts into qualified conversations for a UK sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and decision-makers
• Build and clean prospect lists
• Run personalised email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
• Qualify replies and hand warm leads to sales
• Track activity and conversion rates in the CRM

What you'll need

• Experience in lead generation, SDR or outbound prospecting
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot
• Strong written English for outreach
• Comfort working to lead and meeting targets

Nice to have

• Experience with sequencing tools like Lemlist or Outreach
• Familiarity with UK B2B markets
• Experience with data enrichment tools
