Lead Generation Specialist

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will build the pipeline a UK sales team runs on, from research to first meeting.

Role overview

You'll own the top of the funnel — researching target accounts, building clean prospect lists, running outbound sequences and handing over qualified opportunities. You'll be judged on pipeline quality, not list size.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists for agreed segments
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn
• Qualify responses and hand over meeting-ready opportunities
• Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated and enriched
• Report weekly on pipeline generated and campaign performance

What you'll need

• Experience in lead generation, sales development or B2B research
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
• Strong written English for outbound email copy
• Comfortable working to a pipeline target

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools such as Apollo, Lusha or ZoomInfo
• Experience generating leads in UK markets
• Familiarity with email deliverability and sequencing
