Project Coordinator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Project Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning tasks, timelines and updates across a UK team's projects.

Role overview

You will keep projects moving for a UK business. You will track tasks and deadlines, run team check-ins and make sure everyone knows what happens next.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, tasks and timelines
• Run weekly check-ins and capture actions
• Chase owners and clear blockers
• Prepare status updates for managers and clients
• Keep project documents organised and current

What you'll need

• Experience coordinating projects or tasks across a team
• Experience with a project tool such as Asana, Trello or Monday.com
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage several deadlines
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• PMP, Prince2 or similar certificate
• Experience in a marketing or software team
• Familiarity with Gantt charts
