Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Setter / Executive for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
About the Role
Our client is a business growth and events company that helps ambitious entrepreneurs access the events, tools, education, and communities they need to grow their businesses.
As a Sales Setter / Executive, you’ll be the first human voice many dormant leads hear. Your primary responsibility will be to re-engage prospective customers and invite them to attend paid business events.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven sales role suited to someone who is comfortable working towards clear daily activity and conversion targets. You’ll also benefit from AI-powered call monitoring, which provides feedback after each conversation to support continuous coaching and performance improvement.

- Contact approximately 3,000 dormant leads per month through outbound calling.
- Re-engage previous leads and prospects.
- Introduce prospects to the company’s paid business events.
- Invite and convert suitable prospects to attend events.
- Work towards daily outbound call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a consistently high level of activity and follow-up.
- Receive and act on AI-generated call feedback
