About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Ads Strategist / Growth Marketer who knows how to build full-funnel campaigns, write ad copy and turn performance data into a clear point of view. You'll manage paid advertising for a portfolio of medical spa clients, own strategy from ad to booking. If you're energized by connecting ad spend to real bookings, comfortable leading strategy and driven by outcomes over vanity metrics, this is an opportunity to directly shape how a growing medical aesthetics market
