About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic People Operations Intern to help shape how our remote team connects, celebrates, and has fun together. Engagement is one of the hardest problems in remote work: there's no office kitchen, no hallway chat, and no team lunch. You'll help us build all of that from scratch, virtually.
You'll work closely with the People Operations team, with some support on onboarding and HR operations, but engagement will be your main focus.
What You'll Do
- Design and run innovative virtual engagement activities, such as games, contests, themed events, and team challenges, that get a distributed team excited to participate
- Manage the Fun Fund: plan budgets, track spending, and make sure every rupee delivers real value to the team
- Schedule and coordinate meetups, both virtual and in-person, across time zones and teams
- Collect employee feedback through pulse surveys and informal check-ins, and turn it into better ideas
- Track participation and engagement metrics to see what works and what doesn't
