About the Role
Employer of Record is the core of our business. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You’ll sit in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO.

This role is about depth and craft, not a big title. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.

We’re also moving our product organisation from delivery-led to discovery-led, and EOR leads that shift. The scope is real from day one.
