Principal Test Architect – AI & Advanced Test Technology
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Architect to drive next-generation semiconductor test technology, with a focus on AI-enabled test development, simulation platforms, and Design for Testability (DFT). This role will define and develop innovative tools and methodologies that accelerate test development, improve test quality, and enable earlier validation throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in ATE test development and semiconductor testing with strong software development, automation, and DFT knowledge. They will work across Design, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and Operations teams to create scalable solutions that improve engineering productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive advanced test technology and methodology roadmaps.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve test development, debug, and validation efficiency.
- Lead development of simulation and virtual test environments to enable earlier test readiness.
- Drive DFT strategy, test coverage improvement, and testability requirements for new products.
- Partner with design teams to influence product architectures for manufacturability and test effectiveness.
- Create reusable frameworks, tools, and automation that reduce development cycle time and engineering effort.
