Horticultural Installations Supervisor
Location: Brentwood Branch (covering Greater London)
Salary: £32,684 per annum + Overtime & Bonus (OTE)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hrs/week), this role requires you to be flexible, start and finish times depend on customer requirements
About the Role
Are you a hands-on horticultural technician ready to step into field leadership?
Urban Planters is looking for an Horticultural Installation Supervisor to lead our on-site team, drive service excellence, and bring commercial spaces across London to life. Working closely with the Branch Operations Manager, you will spend at least 4 days a week in the field—leading teams, quality-checking installations, and working directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct line management, frontline coaching, daily support, and performance reviews for local Install Technicians.
- On-Site Operations: Lead active installations, carry out quality audits, manage equipment/stock logistics, and ensure company standards
- Commercial & Technical Support: Work with sales on site surveys, risk assessments, and issues
- Operational Flexibility: Support maintenance teams and handle out-of-hours customer commitments when required.
