Operations Excellence Manager (Pest Control)

You'll be responsible for the delivery, support, and development of our pest control services across the country, with a strong focus on staff resource management and productivity.

This is a senior leadership role within our organisation and you will be responsible for ensuring our teams are meeting the servicing needs of our customers. This position is perfect for someone with deep operational and technical knowledge who can effectively manage change and positively influence our cultural journey to improve performance. You’ll review existing procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and then develop, trial, and deploy new models after gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
