Service Team Leader - Pest Control

We are looking for a practical Service Team Leader to guide and support a team of pest technicians across Christchurch & the Upper SI region. 

This is a role focused on execution, people support, and service quality. It is well-suited for an early to mid-career leader who thrives on direct operational involvement. If you have transitioned into leadership over the last few years, this position offers an ideal, supportive environment to refine your operational capabilities and expand your people management expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a team of ~10 field technicians, providing day-to-day guidance and support
• Coaching and developing team members to improve performance and confidence
• Monitoring service quality and stepping in to resolve issues when needed
• Working closely with customers to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery
• Supporting scheduling, resource planning, and operational coordination
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed across all sites
• Assisting with reporting and contributing to ongoing service improvements
• Occasional travel to the Nelson and Marlborough regions may also be required (company vehicle provided)
