Territory Manager - Initial Hygiene | North Shore

Rentokil Initial is searching for a driven Territory Manager to drive performance across our Initial Hygiene business in the North Shore territory, covering the Harbour Bridge up to Wellsford.

In this field-based position, you will oversee an existing portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on retention, relationship building, and account growth, while proactively prospecting to win new commercial business.

• Build and maintain enduring, high-value relationships with Auckland-based clients to ensure long-term retention
• Actively prospect and secure new accounts to expand your territory’s commercial footprint
• Expertly oversee key accounts while continuously nurturing commercial partnerships
• Evaluate client contracts systematically to identify upsell potential and business growth opportunities
• Introduce tailored, solution-oriented service offerings that address specific customer needs
• Leverage cross-selling opportunities across our complementary Pest Control and Ambius brands
• Present the latest product innovations, service updates, and relevant industry insights to give clients a comp
