Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will serve as a trusted financial partner within Renuity, playing a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that drives decision-making across the organization. This individual will own critical components of the month-end close, lead divisional financial reporting, and support audits while continuously improving processes, strengthening internal controls, and leveraging technology for scale. What You'll Do:

• Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and divisional financial packages for leadership.

• Partner with FP&A and divisional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insights that drive performance.
