Job Description
Join Our Finance Team
As a Group Financial Controller, you will become a key member of our Group Controlling team within the Finance Department. In this international role, you will work closely with various business functions across the organization, providing valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to financial planning, reporting, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret accounting and financial data
- Perform variance analyses between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze cash flow performance
- Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Support financial risk management through the preparation of periodic analyses and reports
- Drive the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems
- Provide financial analyses to support Sales, Product Management, and other business functions
- Perform Business Unit (BU) controlling activities
- Support project controlling and profitability analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, or a comparable finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Knowledge of OneStream is considered a strong advantage
- Fluent English language skills (C1 level)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
