About Repeat Builders
Repeat Builders is a Sydney venture builder running about five ventures a year, each on fixed, funded runway. Unlike an accelerator or a fund, we start at the idea itself: every idea is validated through our own research and scoring before a founder is engaged, so you begin from evidence rather than a hunch. We stay embedded while you build, and we build with AI across every venture, so the team around you already works the way you do.
The opportunity
You'll be the technical co-founder of one of our ventures. It arrives with a validated MVP and real demand behind it, whether a waiting list or early customers willing to pay, and it becomes yours to build.
Many of the ventures we build run on data that isn't theirs: financial, property or location data, drawn from sources you don't control and have to make reliable. Others depend on AI that must be right, and sometimes has to answer in real time. Your job is to turn that into product people rely on, with a co-founder alongside you and Repeat Builders behind you all.
