As a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead you will be responsible for data visualization, dashboard & report delivery, leading automation projects, and driving innovative improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Owns and leads improvements for data and automation for Tableau, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and other reporting & automation initiatives.
- Creates and maintains Tableau and Power BI dashboards, recurring and ad hoc reports, and reporting tools for internal and external clients.
- Incorporates automation and efficiency into reporting solutions to establish processes that guarantee accurate and reliable results.
