Location: Remote; candidates must reside in or be within reasonable commuting distance of the Crane, Indiana; Lexington Park, Maryland; or Charleston, South Carolina areas.
Travel: Occasional local and regional travel is required for career fairs, hiring events, customer-related activities, and other business needs.

Position Summary

RMC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and cleared positions supporting U.S. Government and Department of Defense customers. The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, program leadership, and Human Resources to identify, engage, assess, and hire qualified talent for mission-critical programs.

This is a remote role; however, the successful candidate must be based near Crane, Indiana; Lexington Park, Maryland; or Charleston, South Carolina to support local recruiting efforts, career fairs, and other in-person activities as needed.
