Project Manager, Implementation

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering customer onboarding projects—primarily in mid-market and select enterprise segments. This role ensures implementations are executed on time, within scope, and to R365’s quality standards, while providing a consistent, professional experience for customers throughout the process.  The Project Manager partners closely with Implementation Specialists, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, remove blockers, and align stakeholders. While focused on individual project execution, the PM also contributes to process improvements, playbook adoption, and delivery consistency across the Professional Services organization.
