Professional Aesthetic Liaison

Job Summary:

As a key member of a high-volume, fast-paced Inside Sales team, the Professional Aesthetics Liaison (PAL) Floater plays a critical role in supporting business continuity, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless customer coverage across the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the PAL Floater operates with a sales-driven, highly adaptable, and process-oriented mindset, stepping into vacant territories, providing interim account management support, and addressing evolving business priorities as needed. 

The PAL Floater partners closely with Professional Aesthetics Consultants (PACs), Regional Directors, Customer Success, and other cross-functional partners to maintain customer engagement, generate new business, and preserve sales momentum during territory transitions. This hybrid sales role leverages phone, email, and virtual meetings to quickly establish customer relationships, support revenue objectives, and ensure a consistent customer experience across the organization.
