This role involves overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies. The Clinical Manager combines clinical expertise with administrative skills to support staff, optimize workflows, and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Staff Management Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of NPs and other clinical team members Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new NPs and clinical staff Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective workload distribution Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing conflicts and concerns as needed Clinical Oversight Monitor and support NP clinical decision-making to ensure the highest standard of patient care Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain clinical expertise and supplemen
