You will own events end to end, from concept and planning through on-site execution and post-event analysis, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality, credibility, and energy of the Ways2Well brand. This is a hands-on, in-the-room role. You won't just plan events from a desk; you'll be on-site leading and managing the live activation, directing vendors and staff, solving problems in real time, and serving as the face of Ways2Well to attendees and partners. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic planner and calm-under-pressure operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Stewardship Develop and own the end-to-end event calendar and strategy across DTC and B2B audiences, aligned to brand, marketing, and growth objectives Serve as the primary steward of the Ways2Well brand and experience at every event, ensuring consistency, quality, and a premium feel across all activations Transl
