We're Hiring: Financial Controller (Remote)

Are you an experienced Financial Controller who enjoys combining hands-on finance with strategic business support?

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cost management while partnering with leadership to drive smarter financial decisions.

Location: Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tennessee Time (Central Time) with some flexibility
Salary: R 54,100–59,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight across the business.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
• Review transactions across QuickBooks, Rippling Spend, and American Express.
• Prepare management reports, budget vs. actuals, and financial insights.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
• Partner with department leaders to keep spending aligned with budgets.
• Strengthen financial controls and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Financial Control, Finance Management, or Accounting.
