Working Hours: Weekdays: approximately 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. US time

Weekends: flexible shifts between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. US time

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are looking for a compassionate and highly professional After-Hours Intake Coordinator to support a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider in the United States.

You will be the first point of contact for parents seeking autism-related services for their children. Many of these families will be reaching out during a vulnerable or stressful time, so patience, empathy and clear communication are essential.

This is a full-time, remote position covering evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new enquiries received after hours
• Speak with parents seeking ABA services for their children
• Provide a compassionate, patient and reassuring first point of contact
• Gather and accurately record relevant intake information
• Explain the intake process clearly and professionally
• Follow up consistently with prospective families
• Help move suitable enquiries through the intake process
• Maintain accurate records and update the relevant systems
