We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals within the Healthcare Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and placing qualified Healthcare professionals.

This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented recruitment professional who can effectively manage multiple vacancies and candidates in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, candidate engagement, follow-up, screening, and time-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Review CVs and applications to assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Verify relevant qualifications, certifications, licenses, and healthcare industry experience where required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeli
