Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are looking for a professional, organised, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple vacancies and candidates at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Review applications and CVs to identify candidates who meet the requirements of each vacancy.
• Conduct initial telephone and video screening interviews.
• Assess candidates based on their experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they progress
