The Project Coordinator, Construction Operations keeps Rexford's Development & Construction platform running smoothly across construction, PM capex, development, pre-construction and design. This is a hands-on role for an experienced coordinator who doesn't just follow processes but owns and improves them.
Location: Hybrid – Los, Angeles, CA or Costa Mesa, CA
Work Arrangement: This role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office, with additional in-office presence based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own and update the DCM manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process checklists for key milestones such as budget approvals, schedules and project closeout.
- Maintain project allocation reporting to assist in staff workload analysis
