About the Role
Rezilient is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help build a member app people love coming back to. As we extend care beyond the clinic, you'll shape how members understand their health, connect with their care team, and take useful next steps between visits.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role spanning research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and iteration after launch. Your initial focus will be the member-facing mobile experience. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Growth to create a coherent experience across the app and the care it connects members to. Care-team workflow improvements will be prioritized alongside member-facing work, rather than treated as a separate, unlimited mandate.
