Life Science & Healthcare Business Development, Capability & Compliance Manager (f/m/d)
What You Can Expect:
As the operational lead for Life Science & Healthcare in Germany, you ensure compliance with all applicable GDP, GxP, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining effective governance frameworks.
Beyond ensuring compliance, you continuously enhance quality standards and operational processes to support excellence across the organization.
In close collaboration with internal, customer, and regulatory stakeholders, you coordinate audits, certification activities, and the implementation of improvement measures.
A strong focus of the role is the oversight of CAPA processes, ensuring findings are addressed effectively and sustainably.
By establishing transparent reporting and governance mechanisms, you monitor key quality, compliance, and operational KPIs and provide clear performance insights.
Together with your team, you create an environment that promotes quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Significant experience in Life Science & Healthcare logistics, supply chain management, contract logistics, or a similar regulated environment.
Proven success in operational leadership roles, combined with a strong understanding of GDP, GxP, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive organizational change, and deliver sustainable business improvements.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, paired with fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
