About the role
We're looking for a Payment Operations Associate to support Rho's day-to-day payment processing. You'll process client repayments, issue rewards and credits, resolve payment exceptions, and keep credit and card program settings up to date, working alongside Credit Risk, Client Services, Fraud, Compliance, and our partner bank. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, and it feeds directly into client statements and month-end close.
What you will do
Process client repayments. Run recurring ACH pulls for monthly credit repayments on a fixed due-date schedule, handling non-standard accounts manually, and process interim payments as they arise. Confirm each payment is captured accurately from initiation through posting.
Issue rewards, credits, and incentives. Calculate and release cashback rewards on a set monthly schedule, reconcile against
