About the Role
We're looking for a Video Producer to help scale Rho's in-house creative studio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can make performance-driven content founders actually watch, share, and remember. You'll report to our Video Storyteller and work across every stage of production: shooting, editing, packaging, and publishing across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Edit at volume and at quality. Cut long-form episodes, short-form clips, product videos, and brand pieces, from rough cut through final delivery.
Own the publishing calendar. You’ll work across all platforms to ensure every piece of content is being tracked & documented.
Turn one piece of long-form content into platform-native cuts for X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, each with its own hook, pacing, and packaging.
