Outside Sales Representative

Richards Building Supply, a family‑owned, full‑service building supply center in Milford, CT, is seeking a driven, hungry, and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence in this competitive market.   This role is ideal for someone who may not currently be in an outside sales role but is eager to break into sales, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and understands the world our customers work in — whether through hands‑on construction experience, time spent in the trades, or experience selling into adjacent industries (construction services, building materials, equipment rental, fabrication, home improvement, etc.).   If you’re a go‑getter, a natural relationship builder, and the type of person who loves the chase as much as the close, we want to meet you.
