ALSO is seeking a highly organized, cross-functionally fluent Program Manager to serve as the key connection and coordination point across the Commercial organization—coordinating workstreams, driving OKR rhythm, and keeping US and EU Commercial teams and their key operational partners moving in lockstep. This role sits at the center of a fast-growing, geographically distributed org, translating strategy into structured execution across the full breadth of Commercial: Marketing, Sales, Digital and Physical Retail, Analytics, Customer Success, Service Operations, US shipping and logistics, Communications, and key Commercial partnership for both US and EU teams.
