This is a role that blends hands-on network engineering, centered on our Cisco Meraki environment, with day-to-day IT helpdesk support for employees across our offices and operational hubs. You will design, deploy, and maintain the network infrastructure that keeps Zum running, while also serving as a friendly, responsive point of contact for employee technology needs across Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows environments. This role reports to the Head of IT and Security and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning infrastructure end to end but still li
