Investment Operations Analyst - Reconciliation Specialist (US Start of Day)

As an Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting Ridgeline customers by managing critical investment operations functions such as reconciliation, performance reporting, trade capture, and more. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that customer operations are accurate, timely, and scalable. This role also helps bridge customer experience and product evolution by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, including AI tools such as ChatGPT, to deliver efficient, forward-thinking solutions and insights that shape the future of investment operations.

This position follows a 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET schedule to provide critical reconciliation support before the trading day begins, ensuring customers are operationally ready when markets open.
