Benefit Specialist

*This role is remote eligible, excluding candidates in the Denver Metropolitan Area. For candidates based in a commutable distance to the Denver office, this role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Benefits Specialist role, under the direction of the Senior Manager of Operations Enablement, and in close collaboration with the Navigation Delivery leadership, Customer Success and Implementation teams, is responsible to ensure that our Navigation Team is best equipped to launch and support new and renewing customers. The role may also require external member and client communication responsibilities as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Source, analyze and maintain up to date information in order for our Health Guides to best support our members with benefit options and available programs and services. 
• Conduct quality audits and maintain accountability for accuracy
• Maintenance of our content management system as well as the member-facing benefits tools, primarily focused on small group and mid-sized clients.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to assess priorities for navigating benefit ecosystem.
