ABOUT THE ROLE
The Navigation Solution Consultant at Rightway is a subject matter expert (SME) who serves as the cornerstone of technical, clinical and strategic expertise during client engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring Rightway’s most sophisticated clients fully understand and realize the value of our Navigation and Unity (PBM & Navigation) solutions. From RFPs, pitch meetings to finalist discussions, the Navigation Solution Consultant demonstrates mastery of our solution offerings, articulating their benefits and strategic impact for our clients. Collaborating across teams, this individual plays a key role in commercial activities, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and Rightway’s market leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent Rightway as a subject matter expert during client interactions, including high-stakes pitch meetings and finalist discussions, showcasing a deep understanding of our Navigation solutions and their strategic benefits.
- Support the proposals team by contributing to RFP responses.
- Collaboration with the Navigation and Unity delivery leadership to ensure strong knowledge of current and ever-evolving service model.
