Remote Seasonal Pharmacy Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE: Rightway exists to make pharmacy benefits fair, transparent, and easier to navigate. As a Seasonal Pharmacy Technician on the Rightway Operations team, you'll be part of the front line of that mission — serving as a key point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about benefits, prior authorization, claims, and clinical program enrollment.

This is a temporary seasonal position with start dates in October and November running through ~February, designed to support increased member and pharmacy demand during the busy season. You'll work across phone, chat, and email while applying the same standard of empathy, accuracy, and root-cause problem solving across every interaction.
