HR Business Partner
Rimkus is a worldwide provider of engineering and technical consulting to contractors, corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies. The Role
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our APAC team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy across the region where we have offices in Australia (Melbourne, Perth and Sydney), New Zealand (Auckland) and Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll be the trusted go-to for leaders and employees across APAC, combining strategic HR guidance with practical day-to-day support that keeps our business moving.
In this position you will be required to:
- Become a trusted advisor to the APAC Managing Director, leadership team and managers, shaping people decisions that matter.
- Be the go-to person for managers and employees on all things people related.
- Oversee recruitment across the region, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure great talent.
- Guide the business through employee relations, performance management, and organisational change with confidence and care.
