What You'll Do  

Reporting to the Director of Preconstruction, the Proposal Manager oversees the preparation, organization, and submission of complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) proposals for high-voltage distribution, substation, renewable, and utility electrical projects. This role provides advanced coordination across preconstruction functions and supports division-specific proposal efforts from RFP to release through to handover or archival.
