Manager - Data Platform & Architecture Lead
Role Summary
The Data Platform & Architecture Lead will own the architecture, design, and modernization of Riveron’s enterprise data foundation. This role will be responsible for building scalable, governed, and AI-ready data infrastructure across Snowflake, Power BI (Microsoft Fabric experience a plus), Salesforce, Alteryx migration, APIs, and shared data access patterns.
This role is central to Riveron’s future-state data strategy. The person should be both a hands-on architect and a platform owner who can create durable enterprise patterns rather than one-off reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the architecture and technical roadmap for Riveron’s enterprise data platform.
Lead Snowflake data warehouse / lakehouse design, including data modeling, ingestion, transformation, access controls, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
Design reusable data models, semantic layers, and governed datasets for enterprise reporting and AI-enabled use cases.
Partner with reporting and analytics teams to modernize Power BI models (Microsoft Fabric experience a plus) and reduce dependency on manual or fragmented reporting processes.
