Sr Associate - Instructional Designer L&D

Riveron India is seeking an strong Instructional Designer who will support the development of engaging digital learning experiences by collaborating with SMEs and senior designers to design and build learning content.

Who You Are:

• You have good knowledge of Instructional design fundamentals

• You are good at storyboarding

• You can independently work on eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)

• You are capable of content structuring and writing

• You have attention to detail

• You are a team player and can collaborate with SMEs

What You’ll Do:

• Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for digital learning.

• Convert source material into learner-friendly formats.
