They are looking for a motivated Sales Manager at one of their branches in Chattanooga, TN.   Who you are: Motivated sales leader with a drive to win.  You have a passion for developing yourself and the members of your team.  You are experienced with and an advocate for the latest sales-enablement technologies.  You know what it’s like to stand in front of a customer in their home and guide them through a major purchase decision.  You understand a Profit and Loss (P+L) statement and how to most impactfully move the needle in the right direction.  You are consistently available to your team when they need you.  You love doing ride-a-longs to be where the rubber meets the road.  Roofing sales experience a plus, but not required.
