In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du eine tragende Säule unseres Finance-Teams und sorgst für finanzielle Präzision, Compliance und Skalierbarkeit. Dein Fokus liegt nicht nur auf der Aufrechterhaltung des Status quo, sondern darauf, eine hocheffiziente, automatisierte und moderne Buchhaltungslandschaft mitzugestalten, die mit unserem globalen Wachstum und unseren internationalen Standorten Schritt hält.
Deine Aufgaben
Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und stellst die Überleitung zu IFRS und US-GAAP für unseren CFO und unsere Investoren sicher.
Du führst fachlich unser Accounting-Team (aktuell zwei Kolleginnen sowie ein externer Buchhaltungsdienstleister) und bist erste Anlaufstelle für buchhalterische Fragen im Tagesgeschäft.
