Junior Production Engineer

As our Junior Production Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our production floor — supporting day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping us scale safely and efficiently as we grow.
Your Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day hands-on support in the production area, including the inspection of non-conforming (NOK) robot modules
Independently run small-to-medium continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing production safety, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and quality
Own, create, and maintain comprehensive work instructions for all internal assemblies, and support the creation of training documentation
Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and maintenance activities
