Job Description

Robeauté is redefining the future of brain therapies with the first microrobotic platform of its kind, designed to navigate the human brain with unprecedented precision. The new generation of microrobots can diagnose, treat and monitor the brain from within, overcoming long-standing limitations in treating neurological conditions that affect more than one in three people worldwide.

By bridging the gap between therapeutic innovation and deep physical access to the brain, our technology aims to support safe, targeted and intelligent brain interventions, bringing outsized value to patients, clinicians, and health systems globally.

Since our founding in 2017, we've filed over 50 patents and successfully tested our technology in living animals. Human clinical trials are targeted for 2026/2027. Backed by €27M in Series A funding from Plural, Cherry Ventures, Kindred Ventures, and Brainlab, we are entering a new phase of growth.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Product Manager - Drug Delivery to structure and drive the development of our second clinical product while shaping the Product team at Robeauté. This role sits at the core of our platform strategy: leading the drug delivery application, contributing to pharma partnerships, and building the operational backbone of Product Management in a highly technical and clinical environment.

You'll own the product end-to-end: from definition to market.

1. Product Ownership - Drug Delivery for Neuro-oncology

  • Lead the product from development through clinical, regulatory, and market phases.
  • Align technical development with clinical intent and strategic positioning.
  • Act as the product reference in clinical, regulatory, and partnership discussions.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on patient need, scientific evidence, technical feasibility, and market potential.

2. Product Discovery - Drug Delivery over all Neuro domains

  • Maintain a strong understanding of treatments, programs, and companies across neuro-oncology (major focus), neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric, and other neurological disorders such as epilepsy ore stroke.
  • Lead discovery with surgeons, clinicians, drug developers, researchers, and care teams.
  • Identify the indications and therapies for which localized delivery creates the greatest value.
  • Co-define the product strategy, value proposition, positioning, and pricing with our CPO.

3. Design Control & Lifecycle Traceability

  • Define user needs, design inputs, and system requirements.
  • Translate pharmaceutical and clinical needs into measurable product requirements.
  • Ensure traceability with our System Integration Team from clinical need through verification and validation, regulatory filing, and market introduction.
  • Support preclinical, GLP, first-in-human, and regulatory activities.
  • Contribute to product and drug-device risk management.

4. Design-Centric Product Leadership

  • Co-define the product architecture, clinical workflow, and user experience from day one.
  • Own workflow integrity, including operating-room setup, drug preparation, loading, and delivery.
  • Develop a precise understanding of the surgical robotic system, its constraints, and its failure modes.
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs with the Product Engineer and protect the product’s clinical value.

5. Market Access & Partnerships

  • Bridge R&D with Regulatory and Market Access, focusing first on the US and then the EU.
  • Analyze positioning, reimbursement, hospital economics, and adoption barriers to build corresponding business models.
  • Identify priority pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners for DOT.DRUG.
  • Support and take part of business development as the product and drug-delivery expert.
  • Align partnership opportunities with the product strategy and development roadmap.

6. Product Operations

  • Implement AI-supported workflows for scientific monitoring, competitive intelligence, and product decision-making.
  • Co-define the Product culture and processes with our CPO.
  • Establish clear evaluation criteria for indications, therapies, and partnerships.
