As our AI Enablement Engineer, you are the hands-on engine helping colleagues across the company build and deploy working GenAI solutions. You work side-by-side with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering teams – unblocking technical hurdles, building rapid prototypes, and showcasing plug-and-play setups. You report to the AI Transformation Lead, and you're a big part of why our whole organisation moves fast with AI.
What you'll do
Technical resolution and support: Step in to resolve technical hurdles for non-technical teams. Enable colleagues to bring their GenAI experiments across the finish line.
Rapid prototyping and automation: Build practical GenAI prototypes and workflow automations. Set up custom Gemini or Claude tools to address daily operational challenges.
Demos and capability showcase: Develop and present tangible AI demos. Inspire teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
Coaching and workshops: Co-facilitate hands-on workshops with internal teams. Coach peers on prompt engineering, workflow setups, and
