ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹♀️
Rocket Money is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Video Creative team. This isn't a traditional production role — we're looking for someone who understands direct response advertising inside and out, brings a strong creative voice, and knows how to turn raw concepts into high-performing content that entertains, educates, and converts. You'll work across digital and broadcast platforms, leading production from concept through delivery while helping us stand out in a competitive fintech space.
Your work will be part of a weekly cadence driven by data — iterating on what's working, testing what's new, and constantly pushing the limits of what drives performance and acquires users
Specifically, you will:
- Own integrated production end-to-end — from concept through delivery, building effective direct-response ads for social media channels, digital platforms, and broadcast
- Shoot, direct, and produce original footage — you're comfort
