About This Opportunity
Supervises the field construction of a project, or works in partnership with a Sr Superintendent on a large, complex project, including organization, planning, and scheduling. Focus on achieving the project goals on time, within budget, and to the quality specified, while maintaining safety and job cleanliness.
Rockford Construction has projects located throughout the Midwest and beyond. Superintendents are expected to travel and work at assigned project sites for the duration of each project. Assignments may require extended stays away from home, including overnight and multi-month travel commitments. Travel expenses and applicable allowances will be provided in accordance with company policy
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Primary liaison with owner/architects/engineers for the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
- Accurately project construction activities and site logistic plan for the duration of the project for scheduling purposes.
